I've been woodturning  as a hobby since the 1980's and I'm now specializing  in making purely decorative items with a difference, from my workshop in Beck Row, Suffolk, England.

After many years of turning the usual bowls and other items that you will find for sale at every craftfair,  I decided that I wanted to put my design skills to a better use.  Hence I hope you will find things here that are totally unique.

Up to now most of my work has been given away,  either as gifts or to charities who sell them to raise funds for their cause.  Occasionally  I sell a few items but rarely for profit, preferring to recoup my costs and let my customers walkaway with a piece of art that they love.

I also take on a few commissions, but only if the subject interests me.

As I'm now approaching retirement age.  I thought this is the ideal opportunity  to concentrate on turning my hobby (pun intended) into a small business.
